Wild Havoc

The caster creates a 60ft dome around itself that affects all creatures excluding the caster with the wild havoc condition "You have disadvantage on attack rolls and if you attack and roll under 5 (base d20 roll) (also applies to spells) your attack gets reflected (with critical damage*) back at you. If you roll a spell save under 5 (base d20 roll) you get stunned for 1 round.

*if the critical damage causes an extra attack the caster will gain a bonus action right after that critical."
