You raise a semi-spectral aquatic dragon from the water used to cast this spell at a point within range, which takes up a 5-foot cube, moving through the spells space counts as difficult terrain. You may use a Bonus Action on the turn you cast the spell as well as subsequent turns to command the Drake to breathe scalding steam in a line 15 feet long and 5 feet wide. Any creature in the steam must succeed on a Dexterity saving throw or take 1d4 fire damage.

This spell's damage increases to 2d4 when you reach 5th level, 3d4 at 11th level, and 4d4 at 17th level.
