Black Sand

You summon a sand storm with black sand. The sand tears through all it touches. Absorbing the lives of its victims. 

After casting this spell, every target inside the 100ft sphere of sand must make a CON Saving throw or take 3d10 Slashing damage and 2d8 necrotic damage. On a failed save, the target is also blinded.

On a successful save, they take half the damage.
