A freezing torrent of sound reverberates from you. Each creature in a 30-foot cone must make a Constitution saving throw. A creature takes 3d10 cold damage and 3d10 thunder damage on a failed save, or half as much damage and is not affected by any other effect on a successful one. For the next minute, a creature that fails its saving throw also becomes deafened and can only either move or take one action on its turn. It also can’t take a bonus action or a reaction. At the end of each affected creature's turns, it can make another Constitution saving throw. On a success, the spell's effects end on the creature.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 6th level or higher, the cold and thunder damage both increase by 1d10 for each slot level above 5th.
