Choose a point you can see on the ground within range. The earth shatters in a 15 foot sphere, radiating out from a central point, leaving fissures behind. Each creature in that area must make a Dexterity saving throw. A creature takes 3d10 bludgeoning damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. Additionally, at the beginning of your next turn, toxic fumes begin to seep out the fissures until the beginning of your next turn after that. When a creature begins it's turn in the fumes or enters them for the first time, they must make a Constitution saving throw or take 2d10 poison damage and be poisoned for a minute on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th level or higher, the damage increases by 1d10 for each slot level above 4th.
