Bedevilment

You call upon the necromantic energies of the universe, attempting to temporarily transfer your soul into another body. When you finish casting this spell, choose one dead humanoid or fey within range; making a skill check with your Spellcasting ability with a DC equal to their Challenge Rating or level, whichever may be higher. On a failure, the spell fails, the components are consumed, and you cannot target the same corpse again with this spell.

On a success, your soul is temporarily transferred into the target body. While you have control of this body, you are deaf and blind in regard to your own senses, but gain complete control of the bodies senses, features and abilities it may have had in life, assuming all the required body parts are still intact. In addition, your own body enters a comatose state, granting you complete control over the target body as if it was your own.

This body retains all of it's original stats, except for the following changes;

• It has an amount of Temporary Hit Points equal to x10 the level of the spell slot used to cast this spell.
• It has an Armour Class equal to your Spell Save DC, unless the bodies Armour Class would otherwise be higher.
• It's Intelligence, Wisdom and Charisma scores are instead equal to your own.

Additionally, while in this body, you may cast spells through it as if you were casting them. This body lasts until you dismiss this spell as a bonus action, you are killed or otherwise incapacitated, or the body is reduced to 0 Hit Points. If your own body takes damage while you are possessing a body, you must succeed on a Constitution Saving Throw at disadvantage, as if you were casting a spell; on a failure, your connection to the body is immediately severed, and you return to your own body. The spell additionally ends if you ever leave the plane of existence your own body is on for a duration longer than ten minutes. 

If the possessed corpse is reduced to 0 Hit Points, it cannot be targeted by this spell again, until it has been resurrected and slain again.
