Summoning

You imbue the energy of your breath weapon with coherence, mobility, and a semblance of life. Spend a use of your breath weapon attack and roll its damage, which immediately takes animate form and attacks whomever or whatever you designate. The rolled damage is the hit points of the animated breath. The spell only works on breath weapons that deal acid, cold, lightning, poison, or fire damage. The characteristics of the animated breath depends on its size and breath weapon damage type; the animated breath's size is one less than the casters. The armor class and hit point bonus is listed in size order; tiny, small, medium, large, huge.

Dragons can cast this as a 4th level spell.

Energetic Backlash. Creatures that hit the animated breath with natural weapons or unarmed attacks take energy damage as though hit by 1 damage die of the caster's breath weapon.
