Black Arrow

The Caster puts his hands in a position where it looks like they are pulling back a bow, a coursing black arrow appears and when the caster says black arrow, then the arrow is shot at incredible speeds towards its target, the target takes 3d8 necrotic damage. 

At higher levels the damage is increased by 1d8 for every level above 3rd until 5th level when it deals a maximum of 5d8 damage.
