Damage/Effect
You can assume the form of an ancient force of nature, taking on an appearance you choose. For example, your skin might turn green or take on a bark-like texture, your hair might become leafy or moss-like, or you might sprout antlers or a lion-like mane. You can choose to refine the transformation further; shapeshifting into a Primal Beast, or Elder Spirit.
Using your action, you undergo a transformation. For 1 minute, you gain the following benefits:
- At the start of each of your turns, you regain 10 hit points.
- Whenever you cast a spell that has a casting time of 1 action, you can cast it using a bonus action instead.
- Enemy creatures within 30 feet of you have disadvantage on saving throws against your spells and attacks.
Primal Beast. Bestial fur covers your body, your facial features become feral, and you gain the following benefits:
- Your walking speed increases by 10 feet.
- You gain darkvision with a range of 120 feet.
- You make Strength and Dexterity-based attack rolls with advantage.
- Your melee weapon attacks deal an extra 1d6 force damage on a hit.
Elder Spirit. Your skin appears bark-like, leaves sprout from your hair, and you gain the following benefits:
- You gain 15 temporary hit points.
- You make Constitution saving throws with advantage.
- While standing still; your spell save DC increases by 2. This effect is cancelled if you use any movement speed or teleporting ability or spell.
- While you are on the ground, the ground within 15 feet of you is difficult terrain for your enemies.
