As an action on your turn, you can turn up to 20ft. of terrain into difficult terrain by covering it in a thick magical ice. It cannot be melted by non-magical fire or damaged by non-magical means, it also lowers the temperature in the area to -10 Degrees.
The ice is capable of covering walls, completely enveloping cracks, doors and structural damage for the duration.
Any creature that is in the 20ft. area when the spell is casted must succeed a DEX saving throw (equal too your spell save DC) or become partially frozen to the surface they stand on or against a wall of close enough (DM's choice on how much of them is frozen) and take 2d8 Ice Damage, on a successful save they take half damage and are not frozen to any surface.
Any creature that fails the saving throw can make a Strength saving throw at the end of their turn.
Any objects within the area of effect are also frozen solid.
At higher levels: for each spell level above 5th, the area affected increases by 10ft. and the damage is increased by 1D8.
