Cold

A whirlwind of cold cold air swirls out in a 5 foot cone.  Each creature in the cone must make a Constitution saving throw. A creature takes 2d10 cold damage and takes a point of exhaustion on a failed save, or half as much damage and half movement on a successful one. On gaining the 4th point of exhaustion the target is petrified (frozen), is vulnerable to fire damage and must be thawed with gentle heat over the course of 24 hours or lesser restoration and greater restoration on the 5th level of exhaustion. The target is at the 5th level of exhaustion upon being thawed. 

 

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 5th level or higher, the cold damage increases by 1d6 for each slot level above 4th.
