You play the Main Piece of The Ever-Changing Ballad. A piece created and constantly being worked on by the Bard Vin. A creature immune to being charmed is unaffected by The Ever-Changing Ballad. Choose one of these effects;
Tragedy: Choose any number of creatures within 60 ft that can hear the Ballad. Those creatures must make a wisdom saving throw, and on failure take 4d8 points of psychic damage, and is frightened until your next turn. On a successful wisdom saving throw, the creature takes half damage, and is not frightened. As an Action, you can apply this effect again as long as you maintain concentration.
Heroic: Choose any number of creatures within 60ft that can hear the Ballad. Those creatures heals 3d8 + spell casting modifier, and receive the effects of Heroism As a bonus action you can apply this effect again, the healing changes to 1d4 + spellcasting ability modifier.
You can concentrate for up to 1 minute on the Ballad to apply the effect again. If Ballad is cast after casting Prelude, you can apply the effects of Prelude on the initial casting of Ballad.
When cast using a spell slot of 6th level or higher, you may use both Tragedy and Heroic.
