You play the Coda Of The Ever-Changing Ballad. A piece completed by the Bard Vin. A creature immune to being charmed is unaffected by The Ever-Changing Ballad. Choose one of these effects;
Tragedy: Choose any number of creatures within 60 ft that can hear the Coda. Those creatures must make a wisdom saving throw, and on failure take 8d8 points of psychic damage, and restrained until your next turn. On a successful wisdom saving throw, the creature takes half damage, and is not restrained. As an Action, you can apply this effect again as long as you maintain concentration.
Heroic: Choose any number of creatures within 60ft that can hear the Ballad. Those creatures heals 5d8 + spell casting modifier, and recieve the effects of Bless until your next turn. As a bonus action you can apply this effect again, the healing changes to 1d4 + spellcasting ability modifier.
You can concentrate for up to 1 minute on the Coda to apply the effect again. If Coda is cast after casting Ballad, you can apply the effects of Ballad on the initial casting of Coda.
When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 9th level, you may use both Tragedy and Heroic. If Prelude, Ballad, and Coda Of The Ever-Changing Ballad are played sequencially, choose a number of creatures within range other than yourself. Those creatures receive the benefits of a long rest. Once The Ever-Changing Ballad is played like this, all of the Ever-Changing Ballad spells lose their magic, and cannot be played again by the caster.
