A quick crack of sound bursts into a wave of energy towards a creature you can perceive. Make a ranged spell attack against the target. If the target is deafened by any of your abilities, the attack is made at advantage. If the target is deafened otherwise, it is immune to this attack. On a hit, the target takes 1d8 thunder damage. The amount of damage dealt determines an additional effect:
1-4: No additional effect.
5-7: Target creature is pushed 5 feet in any direction.
8+: Target creature is pushed up to 15 feet in any direction. In addition, they must make a Constitution saving throw against your druid spell save DC. On a failed save, the creature is deafened until the end of your next turn.
The spell creates more than one burst of sound when you reach higher levels: two bursts at 5th level, three bursts at 11th level, and four bursts at 17th level. You can direct the bursts at the same target or at different ones. Make a separate attack roll for each burst.
