Choose one:
- an unoccupied Place you can see within Range
- a Creature you can see within Range
Determined by a D4 you then conjure:
- a Potato
- a Rock the Size of a Potato
- a Rock the Size of a Loaf of Bread
- a Loaf of Bread
If you've chosen an unoccupied Space the conjured Object appears there.
If you've chosen a Creature the conjured Object appears 3 ft. above the Creature (above its Head, if it has one). Then,
- if you conjured a Rock, the Target must succeed on a Dexterity Saving Throw or take 1D6 bludgeoning Damage.
- if you've conjured a Bread/Potato, the Target must succeed on a Dexterity Saving Throw or take 1 bludgeoning Damage per conjured Bread/Potato.
At Higher Levels. The Damage of the Rocks increases when you reach 5th Level (2D6), 11th Level (3D6), and 17th Level (4D6). The amount of conjured Breads and Potatos increases by 2 when you reach 3rd, 5th, 7th, 9th, 11th, 13th, 15th, 17th and 19th level.

Posted Dec 18, 2023This is my first Homebrew Spell ever and I don't quite get how to fill in Attack/Save and Damage/Effect.
I just wanted a Spell that lets me bury someone in a Pile of Potatos but I do think the Damage on Bread/Potatos might be unbalanced in high levels, so I'm eager to hear Tips on how to balance this out.
Like maybe this Approach is a little more balanced:
The Amount of conjured Bread/Potatos is generated by a Diceroll and the Dice used changes with the Player-Level:
01. Level (1)
03. Level (1D4)
06. Level (1D6)
09. Level (2D4)
12. Level (2D6)
15. Level (4D4)
18. Level (4D6)
That way the Number for Potato-Damage isn't fixed on a 50% straight 19 at Level 19 but it'd make it a little hard at low Levels.
It would also make the Rock feel a little more valid. The Rock changes size and grows larger with Levels and I feel like being hit by a giant Rock should hurt more than being hit by 20 Potatos. I thought about letting the Diceroll just be the Damage and not the Number as that would leave more Room for Interpretation. Like 20 Damage from falling Potatos is gonna be A LOT of Potatos.
And while I'm at it, for more Freedom with Roleplay and Flavor, one could just change Potato and Bread for Fruits and Vegetables and maybe have them rott or vanish in Seconds, so that Players don't abuse the endless Food Generator.
Could also be funny to say the Food isn't generated out of nowhere but teleported from somewhere, making the Druid a Food Thief. Maybe they knew, maybe they didn't. Imagine how People would react, if they found out the Druid is the Reason their Food vanished. Imagine how the Druid would react.
