Wrath of The Skies

The caster points to a location and a meteor of pure magical energy comes crashing down from the sky. The meteor explodes upon impact, and leaves no crater. Any creature within 25 ft. of the point makes a Constitution saving throw. The creature takes 55 (10d10) force damage on a failed save, or half as much on a successful one. If a creature dies from the spell, it's body is disintegrated instantly and it's spirit is sent into the astral plane as it is in death.

If something such as a roof blocks the meteors targeted point, the spell doesn't work. The meteor comes crashing down from the sky, any physical contact before it hits the targeted point makes it detonate at the contact point even if it isn't on the ground yet.
