Body Reformation

The body of a willing creature is encased in a glowing cocoon. Over the duration of the spell, the creature must keep the image of their new form in mind. Their biology transforms to take on a set of physical characteristics of their choice, changing appearance and physiology accordingly. This spell cannot make a target younger, and causes them to become the equivalent age of whatever form they assume. You can increase or decrease size by one category-- from Medium to Large, for example.

The magic functions over the duration and can’t be counteracted or dispelled unless the target wishes so. Your new anatomy is as healthy and functional as your previous body’s, potentially allowing you to procreate (depending on your new forms biology).

It retains the capabilities it had in its original form, except it exchanges its original race for the new one and changes its racial traits accordingly.

A willing target can only be the subject of this spell once per year.
