Bound weapon

As a few action you may call into existence an ethereal weapon, armor or item of your choice. The weapon, armor, or item must have been touched by the conjuror prior to using the spell. Item would then act as it's normal counterpart would.  A bound item may be dispelled at will, or by a condition that prevents you from wielding or using said item.

When an item is conjured, green ethereal flames appear, before revealing bound weapon. Item can be conjured for or on any creature in sight.
