A random item of the selected type is borrowed from somewhere else in the multiverse. the object must fit entirely inside the container needed to summon it. The summoning container must be empty of solid matter, (though dust , crumbs, and pocket lint often accompany the summoned objects. They also tend to smell like ashes for some unknown reason). These objects belong to other beings, when they reach to retrieve them, or look to see where they are, the object disappears from the current location and return to their original location. Upcasting allows the borrowing of magical items, though these tend to disappear rather swiftly. The caster says, now where did i put my... whatever, reaches into an empty container, and the random object appears inside the container. Only general object types may be sommoned with the initial stage of the spell, (hat, cape, sword, knife, boots, whatever), at third or higher lever the caster may be more specific (pointy hat, warm cape, shortsword, etc.). at third or higher level the object might be magical. The chance of a magic borrowed item is 10% at third level, increasing ten percent at each additional level. Attempting to sell the summoned object immediately returns it to it's owner. Objects summoned by this spell will always remain for at least one use, but will revert to their original position at the DM's whim.
