Copy

The touch of your  hand can copy one skill from others . Make a melee spell attack against a target within your reach. On a hit, , you get a list of compatable spells you may choose 1 to copy.you get a copy of that skill .after 24 hours target regans their skill and you still have your copy.if you copy a skill the target loses it for 24 hours.all copied in this way start at level 1 by default. Skills can grow more powerful in 2 ways, normal progression, or by copying the same skill from a new target. Target must allow transfer to take place, if the do not no skill is gained.

At Higher Level:  Every 5th level you may copy a skill and when it is regained by the target its raised by an additional skill point for the target.
