Clitoris Combustus

You scream the words "CLITORIS COMBUSTUS!" at a creature you can see within range. If the target can hear you (though it need not understand you), it must succeed on a Constitution saving throw or take 1d8 fire damage and have disadvantage on the next attack roll it makes. This does not work on male targets. (For a male targeting spell, refer to Testicular Torsion)

This spell's damage increases by 1d8 when you reach 5th level (2d8), 11th level (3d8), and 17th level (4d8).
