You touch a willing creature within range, granting the creature illusory clothing, makeup, and grooming befitting a royal gala. You choose exactly what appearance this glamour takes but this spell cannot change the basic physical attributes of the target (hair color, eye color, height, weight, etc.).
An unwilling creature may make a constitution saving throw (DC 13) to resist this effect, on a success the spell has no effect. If a natural 20 is rolled on this saving throw the target may choose to dispel the effect or take control of the spell and shape the illusion as they please.
A creature may make an intelligence check against your spell save DC to examine your appearance, on a success they recognize the illusory outfit as an illusion. If a natural 1 is rolled on this check the creature develops a strong attraction to the target.
This effect lasts for 1 hour at which point the illusory appearance vanishes. This effect can not be dispelled during this time except by magical means.
