As you cast Visions of Avernus you can designate any number of allies that you can see( including yourself). Anyone designated this way will look and sound like a vicious devils to those affected by Visions of Avernus.
All enemies, that you can see, become frightened and, at the start of each of their turns, take 3d8 fire damage and 3d8 psycic damage for as long as they are affected by Visions of Avernus.
At the end of their turn, an enemy, that is affected by Visions of Avernus, must make a Wisdom saving throw against your spell save DC . They have disadvantage on this saving throw for as long as they can see or hear a vicious devil.
An enemy , that is affected by Visions of Avernus, that succeeds on this saving throw, is no longer affected by Visions of Avernus.
