Arcane Echo

If a person casts a spell, you can recast that spell if you meet certain conditions. First, the spell must be cast within 5 minutes since the spell was originally cast. Second, you must be standing where they were standing. If those two conditions are met, the spell may be cast. The caster of arcane echo does not need any material components, any spell with a casting time of over one action is cast within a single action, and lastly the caster of arcane echo does not need to concentrate on the spell if it requires concentration. Arcane Echo can only copy a spell once and cannot be copied by other arcane echos.
