When a creature is shrouded in this lightning they have resistance to lightning damage for the duration, and whenever they are hit by an enemy melee attack, the attacker takes 1d8 lightning damage. If that attacker is wearing armor made of metal than the damage increases by 1d8 (Total of 2d8 lightning).
