Balthazar's Voltaic Jaunt

Your body is sheathed in crackling lightning, as your form shifts you teleport between multiple targets causing damage to each of them.

Choose up to 3 targets within 30 feet of each other, each target must take a Dexterity saving throw or take 3d10 lightning damage, on a successful save the targets receive half of the damage. 

The final target you jump to must also make a Constitution saving throw as the final release of energy surges out, on a failed save the target is also stunned until the end of your next turn.

For each level higher than the 3rd this is cast at, the damage of the spell is increased by 1d10.
