Arson's Arcane Riposte

When a creature misses you with a melee attack, you can use your reaction to make a melee spell attack against the creature. On a hit, you deal 2d8 force damage, and the creature has disadvantage on its next attack roll.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 2nd level or higher, the damage increases by 1d8 for each slot level above 1st.
