Bells of the Ferryman

You jingle a silver bell and sound bellows out like death itself. All creatures within a 30 foot-radius-sphere must make a Wisdom Saving Throw or become frightened.

Frightened creatures must use their turn to exit the sphere and cannot reenter the sphere until the condition ends. Frightened creatures can repeat the saving throw at their end of its turn, ending the effect on a success.
