animate greater dead

you cause a nearby corpse to rise up as an undead under your command. choose a corpse within range, it becomes an undead of your choice under your command. the undead must be of CR equal to or lower than the corpse's life and must be of the same race as the corpse, ogre becomes ogre zombie, minotaur becomes minotaur skeleton etc. the spell otherwise functions as animate dead, including scaling.
