When you witness an entity using a ranged attack requiring ammunition, you invoke the Weave to attempt to stop or hinder its effects.

As a Reaction, You force a creature making a Ranged Weapon Attack with Ammunition to make a Wisdom Saving Throw against your Spell Save DC. Upon Success, You simply impose a -2 to one of their Attack Rolls. Upon Failure, you can choose one of the Three Options below.

Jam. The Attack Action is used by the Attacker for the Ranged Weapon, however the Ammunition is fumbled either by the Weapon or User and falls harmlessly onto the floor; Wastes the Ammunition and Attack Action of the Inflicted.
Twitch. The Attack Action is used by the Attacker for the Ranged Weapon, however the Weapon forces itself to aim towards a New Random Target. If there are a collective of random targets, you make it a Dice Roll equal to or relatively equivalent to the amount of targets and roll to choose who is fired upon; Makes the Ranged Attack with the Reaction randomizing the Target Instead.
Tunnel Vision. The Attack Action is used by the Attacker for the Ranged Weapon, however the Attacker has their Movement Speed Halved for the rest of their turn and they cannot target more than one individual on their turn. In Addition, the next entity to attack the Attacker has advantage for one attack, afterwards the advantage is undone.
