Ambrose's Crackling Retreat

A bloom of crackling sparks explode forth from you, jolting nearby enemies and slowing their reflexes. Any enemy creature within 15 feet of you must make a Constitution saving throw or be unable to take reactions until the beginning of it's next turn. Allies in this area have their walking speed increased by 5 feet on their next turn.
