Whisper of Chains

You whisper the name of your patron, that mere utterance manifesting the fate of your master into reality. Chains made of shadow and spite. A creature in the area when you cast the spell must succeed on a Strength saving throw or have their movement speed halved by the heavy void chain until the spell ends. At the end of a round, a creature chained in this manner takes 1d4 Necrotic Damage and then it can use its action to make a Strength check against your spell save DC. On a success, it frees itself.
