All-Out-Assault

 Select a number of creatures within range equal to your Proficiency modifier. A creature that is hostile to you or unwilling must roll a WIS save to remain unaffected. On your turn, you may use your Action to grant those affected select benefits in combat through commands:

"Charge": Each creature influenced by this spell may use an Action as their Reaction. 

 You gain additional effects if you cast this spell at 5th, 7th, and 9th levels, each described in the notes of this spell at that level.
