You pull the surrounding moisture from the air and form it into a compressed bullet of water. You fire the bullet at extreme speed. Make a ranged spell attack. On a hit the target takes 1d8 piercing damage.

The damage dealt increases by 1d8 at higher levels: 2d8 at 5th lv, 3d8 at 11th lv, and 4d8 at 12th level.
