The caster claps and instantly swaps places with another target within 40 ft. of them, similar to the Teleportation spell. Upon casting, both the caster and target must make a DC 12 CON saving throw or be disoriented for 1 turn and have disadvantage on attack rolls. This spell can also be used as a reaction, with the same caveat applying.
