You choose a target within range and cause their bones to grow in length uncontrollably. That creature must make a Wisdom saving throw, remaining unaffected on a successful save, or 3d6 necrotic plus 3d6 bludgeoning plus 3d6 piercing plus 3d6 slashing damage on a failed save. None of this damage can be reduced or resisted in any way that does not involve a counterspell. In addition, on a failed save, the target becomes bone-locked for the duration, as their bones protrude from their body and hinder their movement. A creature that is bone-locked takes 1d6 necrotic damage at the start of its turn, has its speed reduced by 25 ft, takes 1d6 necrotic damage for every 5 ft it moves, takes 1d6 necrotic damage whenever it takes an action, has disadvantage on attack rolls and all Dexterity, Strength, Intelligence, and Charisma rolls, and at the start of its turn, must make an Intelligence saving throw or become incapacitated for 1 round.
