Chrono's Curious Constrainment

A metallic shimmering gear surrounds the target, spinning at a higher and higher speed. The target must make a wisdom saving throw to avoid being lost in the time stream. On a failed save, the target takes 4d8 damage and is restrained until the beginning of it's next turn. On a successful save it takes half as much damage. 

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 3rd level or higher, the damage (both initial and later) increases by 1d8 for each slot level above 2nd.
