When cast on a object a creature is holding that creature must make a constitution saving throw on a failure the creature can fall under various effects based on what item it was cast on.

If this spell is casted on a object being held in a creatures hands that creature gains disadvantage on any ability check while using the item until the start of your next turn.

If this spell was cast on a object being worn it reduces that creatures movement speed by 5
