When this rune is applied to your runic fighting weapon, it deals an additional fire damage equal to your spellcasting modifier.

When this rune is channeled (which can be done after hitting an enemy), a bright streak flashes from the base of your weapon then blossoms with a low roar into an explosion of flame. The creature you hit with your runic fighting weapon must make a Constitution saving throw. A target takes 6d6 fire damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
