Radiant

A blast of radiant starlight emits from you. Each creature of your choice in a 20-foot radius sphere within 50 feet must make a charisma saving throw. On a failed save, a creature takes 2d8 radiant damage and if their alignment is evil, take an extra 1d8 damage and has their movement hindered by ethereal light. Creatures hindered in this way have their speed reduced to 0 for 1 minute, or until it or another creature within reach of it uses an action push through the light. On a successful save, the creature takes half as much damage and isn't hindered. 

In addition, regardless if creatures succeed or fail, the light energizes you, and you restore half of total damage dealt with the spell damage as HP.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 2nd level or higher, the damage increases by 1d8 for each slot level above 1st and by another 1d8 per level if a creature has the evil alignment.
