Water Bubble

You create a globe of water around your head. The globe is filled with fresh air that lasts until the spell ends.

At Higher Levels. When you perform this technique as a 1st or 2nd level technique, you can target a number of creatures equal to your bending ability modifier. When you perform this as a 3rd level technique or higher, you instead create a 15-foot-radius spherical bubble which allows all creatures within that radius to breathe normally for the duration.
