Chains of Athion

Chains of corporeal metal sprout from the ground beneath and wrap a target's arms and legs.

You create a magical restraint to hold a creature that you can see within range. The target must make a strength saving throw.

The target can't move as its speed it reduced to zero and cannot take any actions or interact with any objects.

At the caster's will and choice, an additional chain may attach, covering the targets mouth restricting any speaking.
