This spell when cast allows the user to create a multicolored rainbow of flame dance in the hand of the caster. Then the caster may state a single condition to which they will be obliged. This condition can be anything. Afterwards they can ask the target or targets of the spell of a condition or state one for the target. After both conditions of the contract have been stated there must be verbal confirmation from the target/s of the spell in agreement.
Then the costs of the contracts are stated to encourage its fulfillment. the target/s or caster can propose any or no punishment for any of the conditions of the spell not being fulfilled. These punishments are triggered only based on intent behind the actions of the caster or targets. A condition to not murder the caster for example would detect if the target/s hired an assassin who successfully murdered the caster and trigger the according punishment. In addition not fulfilling the contract breaks it and nobody is obligated to fulfill any of the rest of the conditions anymore.
Once the contract has been fully agreed upon then the fire dancing in the casters hands will separate and enter the mouths of both caster and target/s filling them with warmth and cold all at once. When the contract is broken the multicolored flame will reappear forcing itself to come out back through the mouth before disappearing in much like the sensation of vomit. If the contract is fulfilled the fire will escape through the rearend. If a contract has no designated end then the contract will assume fulfillment upon the death of all targets or the death of the caster.
At Higher Levels: One additional extra condition for both target and caster may be added for each level above first that the spell is cast.
