Once this spell is cast, a miniature black hole is created at any point of the casters choice within their line of sight. However this cannot be placed in the same 5 feet as another creature. This black hole is 5 foot in diameter, and no magic or physical illumination can light up the area.
Anyone in the 25 foot wide square centering the black hole must make a Strength saving throw against the spells DC. On a failure, the creature's speed becomes 0 and it can't benefit from any bonuses to its speed until the beginning of its next turn, and is then pulled 5 feet towards the center point of the spell. Creatures who fly or use a flying speed during their turn make the saving throw with disadvantage. Once a creature is pulled into the same space as the black hole, they take 7d8 force damage.
Once the spell ends, the black hole explodes, dealing 3d8 fire damage to creatures 5 feet away and 1d8 fire damage at 10 feet away
