Celestial Thicket

Channeling the Blessing of Growth bestowed by Terra, the caster invokes the Celestial Thicket. Upon casting, the area within a 10-foot radius centered on the caster transforms into a radiant thicket of celestial flora. Effect:

• Entangling Vines: Vines and roots emerge from the ground, attempting to restrain creatures. At the start of their turn, creatures in the area must make a Strength saving throw of 15 or become restrained. A creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of its turn, ending the effect on a success.

• Radiant Bloom: The area is bathed in radiant light, causing all creatures in the radius to make a Constitution saving throw of 15. On a failed save, they take radiant damage, and on a successful save, they take half as much damage.

At Higher Levels: When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th level or higher, the radiant damage increases by 1d8 for each slot level above 3rd (2d8 for a 4th-level slot, 3d8 for a 5th-level slot, and so on).
