Cokenol's Flying Hut

A floating 15-foot-square hut made of wood and stone springs into existence around and above you for the duration. The hut is a single unfurnished room.  Each wall has a 3’x3’ window.  There is one door and one fireplace with a chimney.  The spell ends if you leave its area.

Nine creatures of Medium size or smaller can fit inside the hut with you. The spell fails if its area includes a larger creature or more than nine creatures.  The hut’s armor class is 10 plus your proficiency bonus. It has hit points equal to 5 + five times your wizard level  

The hut has a flying speed of 10 feet. As a bonus action, you can command the hut to fly in any direction.  The hut will continue to fly in that direction until you use another bonus action to command the hut to stop or change direction.  Or until the hut runs into an obstacle and cannot continue.  With one creature in the hut, the hut has a maximum altitude of 100 feet.  It loses 10 feet of altitude for each additional creature in the hut.

When the spell ends, the hut floats gently to the ground if it is still aloft.  If the hut is reduced to 0 HP, it is destroyed and the spell ends suddenly.  If it is in the air when this happens, any creatures within will begin falling.
