You call out in a jarring and discordant voice, speaking gibberish in an accusatory tone. Choose one creature that you can see within range to make a Wisdom saving throw. A creature that cannot hear you automatically succeeds on its saving throw. On a failure, the creature must succeed on a DC 11 Constitution saving throw to maintain concentration on spells.
A creature that understands a language and fails the initial saving throw has its Wisdom score is reduced by 1. This reduction lasts until the creature completes a long rest. It can also be removed by any spell or effect that would normally cure a disease. A creature that has a has a Wisdom score lower of 2 or lower is not subject to this reduction; constructs, undead, fiends, aberrations and creatures that have legendary actions are also unaffected. If this spell reduces a creature's Wisdom score to 2, the creature gains a form of long term madness, which lasts until its Wisdom score increases.
The DC of the saving throw to maintain concentration on spells increases to 14 when you reach 17th level.
