This spell was forbidden and cursed. It was also sealed in Ha'la'ta thousands of years ago. Until one day an insurgent entered the 13th floor of the tower...
You target a humanoid in distance of 5ft and gives some whispering commands into their ear. If target can her you this spell works. You and the target doesn't need to share a language. The target must succeed on Wisdom saving throw against your spell save DC. If that fails, you choose and apply one of the following features:
- Unleash Your Fear: The target becomes frightened. While in this condition, it cannot look directly at you. It also uses its action and if possible any other ways to dash and runs away until it can't see you. If it comes within 5 feet of any humanoid while running away, it goes to that humanoid and whispers "Unleash your Fear" into his ear. New target who hears this line must succeed on Wisdom saving throw against your spell save DC. Those who fail continue the same process. This effect ends after 1 hour, but the effected creature cannot look at the caster unless the spell is dispelled on both the caster and the target.
- Unleash the Chaos: The target becomes charmed. With its action, it goes to any humanoid it sees. Target uses its dash action and whispers "Unleash the Chaos" into their ears. Any humanoid who hears this should also must succeed on Wisdom saving throw against your spell save DC. Those who fail have the same effect and try to spread it in the same way.
- Unleash the Avox: The target becomes charmed. It must do everything you said. If it does not, it takes 10d10 psychic damage and healing simultaneously. This cannot kill the person unless told otherwise, but it causes severe pain. Each time the target must roll a Wisdom saving throw against your spell save DC. On failure creature receive a short term madness. If a result of 10 or less is obtained, the target receives long term madness; if target fails with a result of 5 or less, it receives permanent madness. Additionally, the tongue of the person affected by this spell turns into dust and falls off. It can only be brought back by heal or wish spells.
If the target affected by this spell has advantage it became disadvantage. Also this spell ignores any charmed or frightened condition immunities.
At higher levels. When you cast this spell using a 9th-level spell slot, you can target any type of creature.

At begining there were four gods. They created the earth, the sky, the sea, us and many more. Then they sacrificed their existence among us to get rid of their cousins. Them, their other cousins, their children and spouses... Many of them guided, helped and punished us. Now you talk about a new god. You say we should worship ULDUZ. But all you do is cause chaos and assimilation. You even hang your own parents. So no, I reject the "Lichdom"...
