Blood Divination

By dripping some Blood of the target Mage onto the paper and infusing it with the formula allows to identify whether a person has the ability to cast spells. The blood will glow and will also morph into a unique shape intrinsic to the Mage in question.

If the blood used is taken from a person who has no spellcasting ability the blood blotch will not change shape.
