Conjure Forest Spirit

Conjure a being with 3d20 Hit Points that is 6 feet tall at third level, 7 feet tall at fourth level, and 8 feet tall at fifth level. All attacks are an unarmed strike at 3d12.  There must be at least one foot of clearance between the creature head and the ceiling.  When used you cannot use spells or attack during your next turn.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using certain higher-level spell slots the creature is one foot taller for each level
